Victorian Kat Dress Form
Here is a victorian dress form as you can guess the theme is cats. I used th Tim Holtz Shabby Chic paper collection. This is for my friend LaceyKat......

Gorgeous!! I may need to get some of that Tim Holtz paper!! I've missed chatting with you but been so busy. Trying to alter a clip it up for the design team and the spray paint won't cooperate. I am at my wits end! Hope to be able to be more chatty next month!! Miss you sweetie!
