Forever Calendar Date Keeper

Here is a plaque from Michaels I altered for a swap I am hosting. This calendar is to remember birthdays and special dates.  I got the idea from someone in Pinterest http://acraftyescape-katie.blogspot.com/2012/04/i-made-these-for-my-mother-and.html .  I hope to make one for me in a shabby chic style....

I did this with the "Glitz" paper line.
