This 12 inch spool I covered with Graphic 45 "By the Sea" paper line. I then used burlap for the bow on top of spool and fish netting throughout. I incorporated seashells, fabric flowers and 2 of the 4 figurines.

Graphic 45 "By the Sea" Altered Spool
What inspired me was the resin vintage figurines (4) I have had for a few years now. They were given to me by a friend and I never knew what to do with them, I loved them and could not part with them. I knew one day I would use them in one of my creations. The Graphic 45 paper line was the perfect pper to use these bathing beauties.
